Roofing felt & masonry factory, Tampere, Finland

Visited by jonahi & skkye 25.7.2011. Maybe one of the most well-known abandoned factories in Finland and one of the most ruined, too. I think it's not that good urban exploration target but when it comes to taking portraits, it's great (and that is what we were actually doing there)! Love the colours in the photos, still. And summer, I miss you! The hanged puppet was kinda scary when I saw it first time, huh. But after visiting the place couple of times, it feels almost like an old friend. The roof is my favourite place in the match factory. There is a beautiful view to the lake Näsijärvi.

  1. Itseasiassa tämä ei ole tulitikkutehdas. Tulitikkutehdas on siinä alempana, vieressä.

    2. We heard that it is going to be rehabilitated! Do you know something about the time table when the work will start? We are planning to make a trip there one more time before it's going to be changed for good :)
